aGO – Empowering Ride-Share Drivers with Energy-Efficient Fleet
aGO revolutionizes the ride-sharing industry by providing drivers from platforms like Uber and Lyft access to a fleet of energy-efficient vehicles without subjecting their own cars to wear and tear or incurring additional expenses for gas and maintenance. This unique approach, coupled with essential tools, significantly boosts drivers’ net profits. aGO’s smart algorithm efficiently matches drivers based on their locations and preferred driving times, facilitating seamless driver-swap arrangements to meet up and continue driving without disruptions.
When aGO approached us with their groundbreaking model, they sought our expertise to elevate their User Experience, Interface, and Identity. As the UX/UI Designer, my primary responsibility was to advocate for users, enhancing the architecture and usability of all key features. Conducting comprehensive research on competitors, peers, and the needs of Uber/Lyft drivers, including accounting services, I meticulously organized user flows and interactions between screens. The result was a thoughtfully crafted user experience that catered to drivers’ specific requirements. Additionally, I designed a sophisticated interface aesthetic, complete with a daytime UI kit and a CSS automated color shift to adapt to low-light environments, ensuring optimal usability.
In addition to the UX/UI designs, I had the pleasure of creating aGO’s captivating identity, encompassing logos, colors, and typography for the app and consumer-facing website.
